Rental Information

Rental includes up to 6 hours of exclusive use of the ballroom and design services. In addition, rental usage charges includes the following items:

Round guest tables, chairs, and large dance floor. Choice of table linen & napkin color, china, flatware.

House centerpieces including glassware (cylinder vases of varying sizes and shapes, hurricanes, specialty glassware, etc.) mirrors, candles, silk rose petals, silk floral, glass rock and more.

Customized wedding party table is elevated and skirted in front of back lit white draping. Includes toasting flutes, champagne bucket, votive candles, vases for bouquets and décor.

RSVP tables for family include toasting flutes and champagne buckets and framed RSVP signs.

Skirted and decorated cake table under a white canopy with lighted trees, ornate footed cake stand surrounded by white lights under a top linen. Included are the mint trays and decorated stands, nut bowls, cake cutting knife, plates and forks.

Large skirted gift table with card container.

Beautiful wood sign-in table with décor and votive candles.

Skirted beverage table with silver trays and matching iced-tea and punch jugs. Coffee service includes condiment and flavored syrups.

Skirted buffet table with seasonal bouquet, clouded top linens, floral bouquet and votive candles. Includes all chafers for hot food items, serving pieces and utensils.

6 ft skirted and elevated DJ table.

Deep red paint on walls create a cozy romantic ambiance. Ceiling is draped in white lights and tulle.

Candelabras on corners of bar, hanging candles around perimeter of bar and behind bar.

All items are for use on the premises only and must remain on the property of the
Millard Plaza Ballroom.

Additional Rental Information
Security guard required at a fee of $200 for up to 6 hours.

To secure a date complete a Facility Agreement and pay a deposit of $350.00. Fee is non-refundable if the event is canceled.

Minimum requirement for Saturday nights April – October is 225 persons. Concessions are made for special circumstances, please inquire.

Minimum requirement for all Fridays and Saturday night during the months of November – March is 150 persons. Concessions are made for special circumstances, please inquire.

Maximum capacity is 350 persons.

All events must end by 1:00AM.

Service Fee is 20% of food and beverage purchases. Includes all Event Design and Management, Setup, Buffet Attendants, Cake Cutting, Bartending (except for all-cash bar), Banquet Staff, Cleanup and more.
