- Minimum requirement of 225 guests
- Ballroom rental for 6 hours, April - November, is $1175 on Saturday. Ballroom rental for 6 hours, December - March and Friday nights is $675. Sunday - Thursday is $75 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
- Each additional hour is $75.00 for room rental, Staff is billed at $18.00 per staff person per hour. The security guard is $30.00 per additional hour.

- 60" Round guest tables, chairs, and large dance floor
- All table linens, napkins, silverware, china plates
- Centerpieces of mirror with votive candles
- Skirted wedding party table decorated with tulle, ivy and backlit with icicle lights. In front of white lattice with light-up trees.
- Champagne buckets & flutes and seat back covers for wedding party and tulle bows on chairs at reserved family tables.
- Skirted and decorated cake table under white canopy tent with light-up trees. Includes mint tray, nut bowl, cake cutting knife, disposable plates and forks.
- Skirted sign-in table decorated with floral bouquet and candles.
- Large skirted gift table with card container.
- Skirted beverage table with silver coffee service, punch bowl, tea jug and condiment tray.
- Skirted buffet table with seasonal floral bouquet and votive candles. Includes chafers for hot foods, all serving pieces and utensils.
